Our goal is to provide a safe space, where an individual can externalise their thoughts and feelings, a space where an individual will be heard and understood, will feel comfort and will be able to heal within in order to flourish outside.

Through individual therapy, a person will be able to externalise any thoughts and feelings, self-reflect and grow. A safe environment it is created, in order for the individual to be able to share any struggles they might experience in everyday life, such as anxiety, depressive symptoms, substance abuse, eating disorders etc.

Online therapy allows for the establishment of a therapeutic alliance between therapist and client through a platform that enables remote therapy. Online therapy also allows the person to vent any thoughts and feelings, self-reflect and grow.

Group therapy allows for the individual participating in it, to be able to externalise their worries and struggles, in a safe environment with no judgment, where individuals with similar struggles are able to listen and share their own experiences as well.

When it comes to family therapy, aim is to explore and understand the family patterns and system in which a person belongs. Through family therapy, parent’s psychoeducation can be given, as well as learning how to process and manage conflicts and misconception in the family system.

Couple therapy is about couples that would like to improve the quality of their relationship and communication, in a safe environment where both parts are heard and respected. Through couple’s therapy, the couple will also be able to learn more helpful ways to resolve conflicts and process different aspects/change of their relationship.

A variety of psychological assessment tools are used, in order to be able to identify patterns/symptoms of an individual and make use of them to help them understand and learn ways to cope with them. Some of these tools are used for identifying anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms, ADHD symptoms etc.
