Imposter syndrome is a sense of self doubt related to life accomplishments. The individual might have strong feelings of self doubt, decreased self confidence, perfectionism, the tendency to credit external factors for their accomplishments, low self esteem, intense fear of failure, experiencing burnout etc. It can be really difficult for the individual to manage these thoughts and feelings, leading in a sense of emptiness, constant worry and discomfort. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms and finding it difficult to manage them, try to seek help from a mental health professional, in order to explore, understand and overcome these feelings.

How to Fight Imposter Syndrome
- Try to focus on facts, not feelings
- Try to acknowledge and release feelings of self doubt
- Try to fight feelings with evidence
- Share your feelings with a trusted person
- Try to reframe negative/self doubt thoughts
- Celebrate your accomplishments
